Returns

If you need a return for any reason and it is within 30 days from your purchase you may be eligible for a full refund of exchange. If more than 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

We have a no hassle return policy and will take a product back within those 30 days.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 4012 South River Road, Suite 5B, St. George Utah 84790

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $60, we recommend that you use a shipping service that offers a tracking number and/or insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Exchanges

We guarantee the quality of every product that we provide to our customers. If THG Naturals ships you a product that is damaged or doesn’t meet our quality standards we will replace this at no cost to you. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the quality of the products sold through third-party sites or retail outlets.
